Cara Davitt Franke

We are happy to announce our May Sister of the Month: Cara Davitt Franke , Delta Chi!

Cara graduated from UMBC in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology. She attended graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin with a Master's of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Cara works as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She conducts assessments of the challenging behaviors and skill deficits in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, develops treatment plans, and trains parents, teachers, etc. in the implementation of the plan and general strategies.

Cara's favorite hobby is spending time with family and friends. She also LOVES reading.

When asked about her favorite DphiE memory, she said, "I loved late night philanthropy events. I remember staying up all night talking to sisters outside of the commons at Wading for CFF events!"

Cara was recently married to her college sweetheart, Adam! She looked beautiful on her wedding day!!

She doesn't have any children yet, but she and her Husband, Adam have two furrbabies, two dogs!
