Alumnae + Active Potluck Brunch!

UMBC Deephers are BACK IN ACTION! This morning the Alumnae and Actives gathered for a potluck brunch hosted by the active chapter.

Like any Phi Chi event, there was no shortage of food. Bagels, cream cheese, macaroni and cheese, brownies, macaroni and cheese, wait... did I say macaroni and cheese?

It was a casual gathering with board games and conversation!

Ewart even brought her mother who was an Alumnae from the DphiE chapter at Towson University! It was also an active sisters BIRTHDAY, Autumn Kramer!

It's simple moments like these when you realize that sisterhood might not be a tangible object but you can feel it and it lasts a lifetime. Even though I am a few years removed from the chapter, I can sit with younger sisters whom I have never met before and be myself with them.

Very fun event and obviously I cannot wait for the Alumnae + Active Dinner Date coming up on November 21st at SUSHI Q at 5pm!
